W I N G S offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock & available at the prices specified.


If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.



Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.




Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2-4 weeks. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect 10-14 business days delivery time. Our shop will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: sales@wingsxdubai.com.


Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to W I N G S and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.



Customer satisfaction is our priority. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the size chart in details before making any purchase. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@wingsxdubai.com quoting your Order number and sizing issueotherwise it will not be accepted. (Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility)

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items for a prompt exchange, alter to a smaller size only or refund. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount minus the shipping charge subject to the following:


  • Merchandise with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • Merchandise on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to send returned items by known courier companies like, EMPOST, ARAMEX, FedEX, DHL, UPS, FETCHR and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.


Please note: All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Moreover, any alteration required after 7 days of receiving your order, charges will be applied plus delivery charge.


All customers can email us at sales@wingsxdubai.com with their Order ID, Item image & Reason for return. Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the items. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 to 30 days.



Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at sales@wingsxdubai.com quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if possible an image. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.


Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the Shipping fee of the replacement item If the item is not available in stock, refund will be processed, within 15 to 30 days



After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) by sending us an email with Order Number, Name and Mobile Number.




We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the AED (Emirati Dirhams). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We accept cash on delivery limited to UAE only.


All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.


By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.


If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.




Given the dynamic nature of the internet, mobile phones, e-commerce, W I N G S  follows the best practices to take all necessary security measures but it makes no promise, warrant or guarantee that its website will be uninterrupted, entirely error free, free of viruses, hacks, bugs or compatible with any other specific software or material. Accessing the website is at your own risk. W I N G S will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our services for any reason beyond our control.


The content of our website is presented, "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.




Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

This website is controlled and operated by W I N G S in the UAE. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by UAE law. In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law. www.wingsxdubai.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.
